Flush-head studs for sheet thickness of. 04"/1 mm and larger. NFH is hex head.

2. Size: #2 to #3/8" and M3 to M10
3. Material: Steel, stainless steel, brass
Flush-head self-clinching studs:
1. Different kinds of nuts available, M3 to M10;
2. Differnet finish, such as zinc plated, bright, yellow zinc plated;
3. Can be made as low carbon and high tensile;
4. Can be use all industry;
5. Can meet customer's specail requirement.
Self-clinching Fasteners made by In-saiL("Sandum") are widely used in the stamping sheet metal. All products are proved to be high performance and low cost based on scaled production.
Type: FH, FHS, FHA
The flush head studs are available in aluminum, steel, or stainless steel.
FH: Recommed to use in steel or aluminum sheet with hardness less than HRB80 or HRB 150;
FHS: Recommed to use in steel or aluminum sheet with hardness less than HRB70 or HRB 125;
FHA: Recommed to use in steel or aluminum sheet with hardness less than HRB50 or HRB 82;
